1. Stock effect of hydrapulper: All kinds of stock have different water absorption swelling and fiber combining ability, pulping effect is different.
2. Temperature effect of hydrapulper: Better pulp effect with high temperature. Pulp viscosity will decrease with increasing temperature, it’s benefit for pulp circulation, and improve pulping effect.
3. Concentration effect of hydrapulper: Ensure pulp good circulation, it’s good to improve concentration.
4. Pulping time effect of hydrapulper: Strict control the pulping time and make it work in effective time.
