Pulp Equipment Light Impurity Separator is mainly applied for removing light impurities, tailing pulp processing in coarse screen process, especially it works best with reject separator equipment.
Light Impurity Separator: Pulp outflow chamber of rotor is higher than undersurface of shell, forming a low pressure area around the rotor to collect heavy impurities. under centrifugal force, the heavy impurities are thrown to the outermost of eddy and deposit in the groove that is outside the sieve plate for discharging. At the same time, it will reduce the wear to cutter and sieve plate, prolong the service life of them.
Reject Separator: Mainly used for fiber relief and separating impurities for pulp tailing in the coarse screen system. Specially designed rotor produce centrifugal force in the process of high-speed rotation and backwash water can relief pulp effectively, pulp and impurities easily separate.
